Hypnotherpy and Holistic Counselling are skills that are shared between the the client (you) and the therapist (me). It is a joining and agreement that the space is safe and a journey is about to begin.
In this agreement and safe space we go together, safely and gently into your subconscious mind. This is where all of your beliefs sit about who you are and why you are here. This is also where the blockages are that are holding you back from living the best life that you possibly can.
So together we venture deep within and I am just your guide. We work together and go at your pace. We move from place to place from feeling to feeling and slowly and gently we uncover gems. Gems that may be painful and gems that may be powerful. All of them equally important to your life today.
We release the pain and we replace with qualities that you already hold within you, even if you are not aware that they are there. I am just your guide, and it is a priviledge to travel with you as you create your healing.
Past Life Regression Therapy
